Roads and Getting Here

Fox Creek Road crosses the combined I-55 and I-74 corridor, which connects the area with Chicago, St. Louis, Peoria, and Champaign. Veterans Parkway begins where the two interstates split south of town and runs along the city's south and east sides into Normal. Central Illinois Regional Airport sits on the city's east side.

Parks and Recreation

The Den at Fox Creek, a city-owned Arnold Palmer Signature golf course, is about a mile southwest. Miller Park, home to the Miller Park Zoo, is a short drive northeast. Constitution Trail adds paved paths for walking and biking across both communities.

Shopping, Dining, and Entertainment

Downtown Bloomington hosts a Saturday farmers market, along with performances at the Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts and events at Grossinger Motors Arena. To the north, the Shoppes at College Hills and Uptown Normal offer shops and restaurants. Rader Family Farms in Normal is a seasonal favorite.
